My turtles have been mateing ALOT lately and i am not getting any eggs. Why isnt my female makeing any babies? Its very strange. Also, if i put a shoe box in the tank with moss in it, would she lay in there? Give me some imfo.

Alright. Ideally, she should have a large outdoor enclosure for her.
However, I don't think you'll be able to set that up on the fly, or if your parents are up for it.
So, indoors... Well, what I have used is a mix of coconut bark (The bed a beast shredded type) and non-chemical soil (potting, but read the ingredients).
Some mother would also like some leaf litter on the top. You should try to get the nesting box to be 6-12" deep, some like to dig deeper than others. You said you already saw them trying to mate, so you won't have to drop temps to induce. Keep the temps at upper 80s on the hot side and put the nest box on the cool side, which should still be in the 80s.
Keep up your moisture as well, 50% ish.
Up her protien and calcium intake with dusted crickets.
Has worked for me in the past, so good luck!
I've gotten 4,3,5 my past seasons, and for a first clutch, expect 1-4. After the lay, take them out, careful not to turn them, and place them in a mixture of vermicite and water 3::1 and keep in the 80s.
