Does anyone know anything about sick tree frogs??????? I think mine is sick and I don't know what to do.

Well he used to be active and a bright green color and now he sits at the bottom of the tank and his color is turning yellowish. He rarely soaks in his water dish or does anything anymore. When I first got him he was climbing everywhere and seemed in good health and now he just seems sick.
