First question is- If I used a deli container as a feeding dish, will the frog jump into it and get the cricket?

Second- Do I need both a heating lamp and heating pad?

Your green treefrog will have no trouble finding feeder bugs in a deli cup or any other holding container.  If you're concerned, lay a branch / limb over it so the frog can rest above the bowl and notice the bugs.  Same with the water, or position that bowl in a cage corner where they'll be bound to come across it as they explore the perimeter of the cage.

On heating, one or the other is all you'll need --- NOT both.  The heat lamp is much more like the sun, and is what I'd recommend over a heat pad / rock of any kind.
