I am a member of The Pangea Forums and Geckos Unlimited in addition to this site, and those sites send you an e-mail notifying you when someone replies to a thread you are "subscribed" to.  I think that (if the person wants) you should send them e-mails to let them know if someone has answered their threads or ones they have replied to.  Please put this into consideration.

I wouldn't want to get e-mailed every single time someone replyed to one of my threads. It gets rather annoying because, trust me,I've had something simalar and I quit because my e-mail box was sooooooooooo full from their messages plus RC's blog alerts(which I don't find annoying.I got used to the.)plus my friend's message and maybe a spam from build-a-bear.I'm not for it but, maybe others need it.Maybe there would be a way to turn this function off if we wanted?
