I found a toad on my way home that had one leg run over by a car, i brought it home, i have it set up in my uninhabited 55 gallon tank, i have fresh water, and i am offering crickets that cant move, he seems to have eaten one cricket, but thats all, im hoping he'll eat more, does any one have any suggestiopns, or know where i should post this.

Since all the nerves are likely to be shot. So it would not be abil to move it. And the leg is likely to be completly crushed. So i would take it to the vet or a animal hosptial. Have them take care of it them try to keep it. If it survives.

Okay can you describe the leg, flattened or just off? I would try to wrap it up in something, like gauze pads or something like that, to keep out infection and use neosporin (I think, I don't know if it can be used on amphibs) You will have to hand feed it, and yes, if you have full intentions of caring for it then it should be brought to the vet.
