its always sad when that happens..i don't even know how one of mine died..possibly from eating a beetle that the mealworms turn into..sorry for your loss, but stay on the bright side, you can always buy more..all you need is the $5 or so for the frog and something to patch the hole up..maybe with some tape.

so sry. it has happened 2 me 2 about 4 yrs ago when i cleaned my tank 2 gecko's got out & i didnt find them til the next week my son was heart broken

we should make a topic to show our pics of our fbts and setups sometime. i am always curious to see other setups especially when it is amphibians

wouldn't you know -last night, for some reason, I was unable to see my FBT in his tank, and I freaked out, even moved some things around, but he wasn't in his usual hiding spots... I was sure he had escaped... but how? I didn't think that was possible... screen lid, with a big flourescent bulb housing on top, and a glass jar... Thankfully, I saw him again in the morning...

*sigh*
