sine we brought this topic back up i wanna say that i now have both my cresties and i will prob start breeding in about a year and a half the first pic is my female and the second one is my male. they are still young and that is why i have 2 wait so long

i know someone is gonna say not to bring old topics back up but this is an alsome topic and i would like to see what you guys are breeding now. i will be breeding crested geckos sometime in the next 2 years. first i wanna make sure i get used to having them (i don't have them yet)

Kind of random, but i breed guppies. I love them!! I feed some to my FBT's and my Dragonfly larvae, but otherwise do it for fun. I love how you never know how their colors will come out!!

just a heads up there may be a new morph right around the corner for bearded dragons but i have already said to much....

I am breeding Bearded Dragons and Ball Pythons. In the future I would like to be a morph specialist in both breeds.

I agree. I wish that they reached it faster. But there's no way of changing that! lol. I do like watching them grow though. It's cool seeing them from hatching to being full-grown

thats the only thing i hate about breeding is that takes soo long for the babies to reach sexual maturity. and it doesn't help being a very impatient person to begin with

well the F1 generation of the snow miami cross would be all normal. The F2, like you said would be intresting... I really wnat to find out now!

im not sure what you would get in the f1 generation from a snow miami cross. but i would be interested to see what pops in the f2 generation.

Thats what i planned on But i want to get a pewter corn snake and breed it with my amel. I would then breed the babies. That combination would hopefully make whiteout corns(which is what i really want to get).

I wonder how breeding the miami with the snow works though. What will happen if i breed the babies? would it be an snow miami??? lol. I dont understand how that would work, morph-wise. If you know please share. But if not, I guess I'll have to wait and see

i would breed the snow to the miami. and the anery to the amel. then take the a pair of babies from the anery amel cross and breed those to get more snow babies.

Ive bred green anoles, brown anoles, knight anoles, house geckos, curly tails (on accident), i have turtle eggs (the mom didn't cover them, they were in the open in the middle of a park) waiting for them to hatch.

Want to breed crested geckos, I need to buy them at a wholesale reptile business or a show.

I've bread Veil Chameleons, Jackson Chameleons, Panther Chameleons, hatched Painted Turtle eggs, House Geckos, Bearded Dragons.

I'm currently breeding Crested Geckos, Gargoyle Geckos, Leachianus Geckos, Giant Day Geckos.

I will soon breed Sand Boas, Ball Pythons, Super Hypo Jungle Sunglow Boas, Albino Corn Snakes.

just a update on new plans etc.

i am currently breeding corn snakes ball pythons and leopard geckos i have some real plans for crested geckos and i am considering false water cobras i have decided not to do yellow condas and i am also currently breeding lobster roaches also discoid roaches and some hissers

I am currently not breeding anything, but I plan to breed my Broad-Headed Skink in a few years - that is, IF I can find a female. I also need to make sure I have enough room for all the hatchlings!!! The hatchlings will be able to live together for about 2 years, then the males have to be removed and separated.

i have heard that keeping a male and several females together is safe i have not tried this however because i only keep male herps, accept for quest i dont know if he is a boy or girl, but all boys and no eggs for me thank you.

hehe, yeah you dont have to incubate the eggs but you cant just throw them out either because depending on certain things they could hatch on their own and die of exposure or something horrible, in my opinion you shouldnt have viable eggs if you wont be responsible for them but i think their are things you can do to kill them but i wouldnt reccomend killing anything so yea, i would say remove the male from the tank if you dont want them to breed, you could house the females together and then add the male as you see fit but only if they all get along well, i think, i'm not like a super keeping animals together expert or anything, i am a strong believer in herp personal space.
