The show before that he spent $200 on a Brachypelma schroederi. He has spent $300 at one show but he came home with a few more tarantulas. We estimated that he has spent $5000.00 since May 31, 2007 on tarantulas alone not including housing, substrate, food and $200 on new selves. He jokes that he gets the jitters before he sees his dealers and then he's itchy after he gets his tarantula fix. . I can tell you are addicted as well. I really was going to buy an Avicularia fasciculata 1/2"-3/4" sling for $100 but I think that I will pass.

RE: Few more tarantulas

heh I spent like $200 or so plast month on Ts and bought a $40 sling so ya self control is a real pain lol.

RE: Few more tarantulas

We didn't have anything to do with the fatty H. maculata, we got her that way. When we dug it up it didn't give a threat display or anything. The next day back down in it's hole.
