I don't know if I could pick just three.

I really love snake and lizard species.
I love the larger reptiles.

I'll say;
Boa constrictors
Bearded Dragons
Savannah Monitors

But I love all.

My personal favorite, would definitely have to be the Bearded Dragon. This was my first herp, and by far still my most favorite. I still have my little guy, Liamm from day one, and take him almost everywhere with me (A variety of restaurants, flew 600 miles to South Carolina with me, everywhere )

Second, would probably have to be the Viper Gecko. I've really thought about breeding these guys. It isn't something you run into every day here in Ohio, and they're just fantastic.

Last but not least, the Ball Python. Whether you can a normal, awesome Ball Python, or you pay a few thousand for an awesome morph of one, they're all around great pets, and family to me. By far, my snake of choice.

This thread just keeps on growing...!

I think my latest obsession and a potential to crack my "Top 3 Faves" would be boas - specifically both red tail and Dumeril's boas, which are both beautiful and I have yet to speak to anyone who owns either species who isn't totally happy with them.

If only I had more room to keep all the herps I like!!!

While I own more Turtles and Tortoises than anything else, my fave is Monitors by far. I have several Ackies and just bought a Savannah because I wanted a large monitor and after I build my skill handling him once large, I will get either a Kimberly or Argus.

I will go with pets/personality
And this is just from experience, so could be others Ive never handled that are even better.

Common boas
bearded dragons/ bluetongues
gopher/bull snakes/cornsnakes

Looks are harder, they are so pretty.

Pied ball python
jungle carpet python
everglades ratsnake

Fairly new to the reptile obsession, so my tastes may evolve over time, but right now I'd have to say:

1. Bearded dragons

2. Ball pythons

3. Red tailed boas

Gotta give honorable mentions to corn snakes (I think albinos are especially beautiful) and black milk snakes, which are just super-cool looking!

believe me i will post pics if you decide to get chihuahua mountain kingsnake them things are sweet and im not one for the whole coral snake colorings but those are beautiful
