I breed crickets with my mom. They are laying eggs as we speak. One cage has hundreds of adult crickets laying eggs in bowls of peat moss. Same here my mom got laid off recently so we have to breed our crickets. P.s. you have done alot of topics today.

I've tried it before, all the little crickets died. Now I just buy crickets. A dollar for a dozen isn't that much of a money waster.

| I have also bred crickets, although have switched to roaches. they smell less and are much easier to keep, and live longer. I have two beardies and two ridge tail monitors, so i go through bugs likes theres no tom. If I have more roaches then i can feed off, i just freeze them, and cool the temperatures in the roach tanks so breeding slows, if not stops.

| i tried to for a while but they kept disappearing during the night so to figure out what was going on i stayed up to find my bearded dragon Kimba sneaking out her cage climbing in the cricket cage eating the crickets then climbing back to her heating pad so now all crickets stay where she can not see or hear
