OK, so I gather that you got a pixie frog from Harris in Wonderland and it turns out  that it was not a giant like you wanted. I had to read your post 3 times because you forgot common things like periods, capital letters and spell check.

How long did you have the frog before you realized it was not what you wanted?

What is the return/ exchange policy for their animals? Did you ask?

How many times did you talk to them about the problem? Did you speak to the owner or was it a sales associate?

Have you sent them e-mails and kept copies for a record?

0.1 Mexican Black Kingsnake
0.1 Western Hognose
0.1 Childrens Python
0.1 Everglades Ratsnake
1.0 Bull snake
1.1.2 Crested Geckos

Alright, they had an exchange policy, but what's the policy? Sometimes you have to really get aggressive to get an issue resolved. Speaking to the owner is usually the best way to get the issue resolved.

Zoofew, I again apologize for the mix up and any inconvenience. There was no intention to mislead you, I was mis-informed myself and I have already apologized for that. I told you that I would let you know when I was able to get a true "adspersus" in stock but it may take a little time for me to find one (if I may interpret the "blah blah blah" for you). I have been looking for one and got a few of them in just last week specifically with you in mind. I am not sure if my email messages were spammed out on your end or not, but please be careful and respectful when you post information on-line. Mis-information can be very damaging to us smaller companies who try so hard to eek it out against larger companies with enormous buying power. We pride ourselves in the care and quality of the animals we sell and will settle for nothing less than top quality. We are dealing with live animals here, it sometimes is not as cut and dry as "ordering one right away". I will reserve a giant pixie for you until we are in direct contact and resolve any further issues. Please call me at (860) 674-0160 or e-mail me at adam@harrisinwonderland.com

He only posted 25 days ago, I was not aware of this thread. I just came across it. Rather than ignore a problem, I addressed it. There is no statute of limitations on fixing a problem.

A thread is old when it's not even a month in yet? Short attention spans here.....
That was very good of you to post here Harris, it shows there is actually effort on your end and that you are trying to help out. Thats more than I can say for a lot of other breeders, big and small...
Definitely gets you some good points showing that your willing to go the distance and work with the customer to resolve a problem.
