yeh i used to have one, but he died. I bought him at a tee- shirt shop in Cape cod. Then, one day he came out of his shell and never went back in to another. We kept giving him more and more shells, but he didn't go in any. then one day he died without ever going into a shell. I kept him in a 5 gallon tank, with calci-sand, a food/water bowl and some pieces of wood for him to climb on. O and a sponge. His name was Crush.
My reptile Family:
1 Bearded Dragon ( 6 months old) just bought
2 American bullfrogs

| I've been keeping hermit crabs since 2006. I currently own two that I've had since June 2007 and one I've had for maybe 6 or 7 months.

I used to have hermit crabs, I may be getting more soon..I had 5 and they lived in a 30 gallon tank with half sand half dirt, a salt water pool and a freshwater pool, lotsa of hideaways and things to climb on. I will probably have a setup like that again next time I get hermit crabs too, they seemed to like it alot.
