I don't know alot about colubrids, but from your experince I wouldn't try to breed the FWC. FWC can grow 6-9 feet, and they need a big tank, 4ft Length, 18 inches width and height. They love to climb, which means you would need alot of branches. And they grow fast, and they love to eat. I hope you have alot of money because FWC are voracious feeders, babys about 2 feet can eat pinkies, then the juvenilles can eat small or medium rats, and adults usually eat medium to large rats.

Plus, if you want to breed them, you would have to double the size of the cage, so you would be better off building your own enclosure than buying a huge tank.

I would suggest that you should try another snake, such as a kingsnake, ball python, or carpet pythons. They require smaller space and they are alot cheaper to keep/breed. FWC in my mind are for the more experinced herper.

Plus, they're also very hard to find in the pet trade, you would want to get a captive bred, and Im guessing they can be very expensive.

And opal, arn't you like 11?

How big is the terrarium? Do you have food? Do you have all the supplies? Are you going to start off with one snake or start off with a pair? You have to consider all these factors before you even start thinking of buying the snake. These are the type of snakes where conditions must be kept at there best for them to breed.

And opal sorry if I was a little harsh on you
