I don't find any species of reptiles as "boring". I think that they all have something to offer.

I don't think any herps are "boring", they are not meant to be fun, so they therefore can not be boring. I find all herps have great attributes to them.

What is the point of this topic? Herps cannot be "boring" because they are not meant to be "fun" they are a hobby to watch, enjoy, and learn. Not something you watch.

What is fun, is watching them eat and just plain watching them

I think some herps have a higher "bore factor". I beg to differ as far as BPs go. My BP has the weirdest habits and traits, which keep me interested. On top of that, BPs are alot of peoples' first snake, so they hold a sentimental value as well.

To be honest, frogs are cute, but I think of them as a little dull sometimes. To me, they all look relatively the same. Some are pretty in color, some are plain. Some climb walls, some jump in the rain.

Give me a good ol' burm any day. It keeps you on your toes when you've got a snake that could eat you.
