so, i'm writing a document listing the families, genera, and species (subfamilies as well) right now i have 148 pages....i'd like to print it (eep) and arrange it in a filing drawer with a family in a folder. and i'd like a some info on geo range, notes etc. and pics. but i'm not sure where to put them or how to add them. ideas welcome.

here's an example

Family dendrobatidae (poison-dart frogs)

Genus Allobates

Species:

·        Allobates alessandrio

·        Allobates bromelicola

·        Allobates brunneus

etc.
