how come 1,875 of my reptile channel club points got taken away from my accumulated points and moved into the YTD section? Do they expire after so long? Can i get them back? Whats the YTD points mean?
My Herps- 2 Bearded Dragons - Vladamere and Anna Belle 1 baby Bearded Dragon - Hernin (Belongs to my mom.)

| They only expire if you don't log in within 30 days. Have you logged in? Did you redeem them for something? Please send your problem with full description and your Club Reptile account email to reptilesupport@reptilechannel.com. Thanks

im on here almost everyday and ive only redeemed 750 of them back when i first signed up, it was for my reptile page virtual terrarium, i got stuff for that but other than that i havent redeemed any of them for anything.

You're probably not going to read this, because this board is somewhat old, but: Logging into the forums isn't the same as logging into the homepage. Logging into the homepage is where you get the points. You don't get credit for visiting the forums. Did I explain this ok?

i log into both everyday, i always log into my homepage and check for new comments and vote for my reptile and what not and than i log onto the forums.

wait what does the YTD mean? cuz i have points there too.

its like an "expired" points column, I know more and more of my points keep being deducted when i do everything im suppose to, to keep them, i sign into my homepage, reply to any comments, vote for my reptile, leave other profiles comments and votes, and im just as active here on the forums, so i really dont understand.

| YTD means year to date. How many points you've earned over the last year. As long as you log on regularly and don't spend your points, you'll keep them and they'll keep adding up. Have you bought any avatar/vivarium stuff for your profile page? These cost points. You'll have to work with reptilesupport@reptilechannel.com on this. This is the first we've heard about this, so we're going to have to guess it is a local problem for you. Thanks
