| My anoles laid 2 eggs!! I am so happy. They most likely will not hatch but What should I do? I want babies. they are Green Anoles.

| put them in with vermiculite or perilite and incubate at 85 degrees Fahrenheit..you can place it in a little deli container and have in sit under the heat lamp..(make sure the substrate for the eggs is damp not soaking..squeeze out all the extra water throughly!) (you can even have them in eco earth and a sand mixture..more sand is best to keep in less moisture and lower the chance for mold..) when moving the eggs, put them the way they were! do not turn them upside down or sideways! i.e. (^)= the egg (the eggs is facing up demonstrated by the arrow..) (v) = (upside down and that is bad! it will make them not gatch) I hope my diagrams help! were they laid in an egg laying box or free laid? (in a random place in the cage)

oh..well incubate them anyways lol..you'll never know if they will hatch unless they are incubated..its worth a shot!

| They both fell. The are dead. But good news! Two new eggs! Both on the flat ground and WHITE! Not Yellow, White! Yay! I think I might leave them where they lay. I don't own an incubator.
