Sinkarnate (1/6/2012) Eastern Indigos
a lot of work.... a lot of money...
these are coming from Black Pearl reptiles in California
4 months of paper work (still not complete btw, can't finish the permit process till I have them here) 8 months of payment and 6 months of talking to the breeder even before all of that, waiting on babies to hatch to start the paper work, going through the very hard decision to just get ONE instead of two cause my finances weren't working out well and then seeing how things progressed and being able to get the two after all! it's been a roller coaster... and I'm so close...... keep your fingers crossed! I am waiting on a payment from a friend and that will determine when I can have these snakes paid off!
Wow. I'm not sure if I'm more impressed with the animals or with the work/effort you put into getting them - Good Luck!

I am SO jealous right now! I'll have to rework my space before I can pick up an indigo - shoulda grabbed the ones I used to see as a kid in Georgia!

| Might not have been at the time, if Cynspin is over the age of, say 40. (Sorry if I'm offending you mate I have no idea how old you are). Indigos were not added to the ESA until 1978. Anyway, you paid up yet?

Relax guys, it was a joke. You can't even own a cornsnake in GA thanks to the laws about native fauna, but I'd never grab a snake out of the wild for a pet even if it was perfectly legal. Also, I'm 30, so even when I was a kid I still couldn't have nabbed one - although the big monster who lived in the woods next to our house was pretty awesome I didn't learn that indigo snakes and our "black snakes" were the same thing until much later in life.
