Id totally try and catch a snapper. When i was 8 i went swimming at a lake in conroe( bout an hour from houston) and this dude caught a snapper turtleman style, it was awesome! i wouldnt try to catch the croc in water, thats too crazy for me. one thing i cherish more than my fingers is my life!

I'd also be afraid of losing fingers. I mean there are some animals that I would willingly go and catch with my hands(but more likely with gloves on). But I wouldn't go in a muddy pond trying to catch a snapping turtle bare handed. Just like that show Gator Boys. I might try jumping on the gators once they are out of the water, but you will never catch me swimming try to catch them I'd be willing to jump on a gator or catch a snapper on land, but not in the water. I swim great, but I'm totally out of my element in the water.
