I'm not really gonna say anything because if I were to say how to do it then I could potentially be held liable for you if you got bit for whatever reason. I will say if you haven't had much experience with keepin snakes in general then I'd say don't jump the gun and try it. It's too big of a risk to jump in head first before looking. I'll be honest, and I'm not saying this to be mean I'm just lookin out ofr the hobby and you,  looking at your other posts it appears to me that it wouldn't be a good idea for you to go catch hots but that's just my opinion and I can't stop you so do what you wanna do. I just checked your profile and you label your occupation as a 5th grader...........in light of this I'm gonna say you aren't ready to be goin for the deadly things. If you plan on doin it anyways whatever, I just don't think it would be the best idea.

Well first, you need to observe it and see if you an grabe it without getting bite. If the snake seems like it cant tagg you once you touce it, then grabb it by the tail. But, if you cant grebb the tail, then leave it alone. But if you can then do it. Once in hand, hold the hand the tail is in high. Stay clear of the head. Wtch out for strike pisitions and sighns of agression. Drop the snke if it climbs up its own body or if it becomes too snappy

And you hearing that from the best.

They call me the casmatic amigma. They call me jeff hardy.

ROCK ON!!!!!!!!!!!!

I own:

1 bearded dragon
2 leopard geckos
2 3-toed box turtles
1 sand boa

1 green iguana

AND COUNTING!!!!!!

You don't want to catch venomous (Hots)!!! Why risk it? If you are asking on this forum you obviously do not have the experience to properly do it. Stick with snakes that won't kill you or send you home with a $100,000+ medical bill. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

mass hit the nail right on the head. now it may not cost 100,000 it can potentially depending on how bad a bite is. And I recommend not listening to herptile master mostly because I get the feeling he doesn't know what they're talkin about. And all of his spelling problems say a lto too. Actions speak louder than words.
