i just thought it would be good because the people that specialize in larger herps might be tired of pushing past all the leo & corn snake topics

how about just for savannahs'? talking to you blk and Snake Charmer! (JK)

My Kids:

1.0 Anery Cornsnake  (Fabrizio)
?.? Savannah Monitor  (Dino)
0.1 High Yellow Leopard Gecko  (No Name)
0.1 Albino Leopard Gecko  (Juanita)
0.1 African Fat-Tailed Gecko  (No Name)
?.? Eastern Tiger Salamander  (Chestnut)

If I hit the lottery, the first "investment" I would get is a breeding pair or trio of green or blue tree monitors, with cage, lighting, plants, etc.

Would be a bit boring, an entire forum on Savannahs and have only three owners posting. But there are others on this forum that have Savs. DuncesWithSavs is another owner, and there are others.
There are also many members that have other monitors. I know there are atleast three black throat owners, a couple White-throats, a couple of Lace and Niles, and I think even a water monitor owner.
But Blue tongues, Tegus, Uromatix, some Beardies, and Iguanas also get big. So, there might be a point to a big forum, but I don't see the problem with the current boards.

Rest in Peace Odin!!!  Your life may have not meant anything to those that abused you; but you meant everything to me.  You will be missed my little friend.

2.2  Savannah Monitors (Loki, Freya, Saga, Thor)
0.1  Albino California Kingsnake (Rin)
1.0  California Aberrant Kingsnake (Haku)

1.1  Three-toed Box Turtles (Bowser, Genba)
1.0  Red-Ear Slider (Iggy)
0.1  Snow Corn Snake (Sakura)
0.1  Sulcata Tortoise (Casca)
