Tact (n): delicate perception of the right thing to say or do without offending; skill in dealing with people.

I'm not sure what it is about online forums that seems to bring the worst out in people (nor will I ever). I'd just like to ask that everyone treats each other with respect. No one likes to be on the receiving end of a joke. What may be a light-hearted joke to you, may be taken as a piercing insult by someone else.

It is up to all of you here if you want this forum to grow and be a great place for the herp world to congregate and share, it is also up to you if you want it to slide into a abyss of hostility and hypocrisy.

This forum is what you make it and I sincerely hope that your love for reptiles and amphibians shines brightly on the forums and everything else is ignored.

R.M.

My first comments may have appeared to be hostile. I apologize if any feelings were hurt.
