I saw some extremely small froglets no bigger than your thumb's fingernail. I also saw what looked like some type of Spadefoot Toad. Can you help me identify them.

Wood frogs are small when they are babies. They are tan and have a brown streak across their eye.

Maybe but these were greenish with blackish spots.
