I feed my anole and tree frog crickets and flys, but I would like to give them somthing a little better for there nutrional value. What would be the best food?

you could also try roaches (not the kind you find in the house )

Variety is the key to keeping a diurnal bug-eater healthy. Try taking a wide-rimmed and small-meshed net and skim it over grassy - weedy fields to collect 'field plankton' - the variety of insects that inhabit meadows. Remove any obvious problem bugs like bees, and dump the rest in to see what your anole goes for first. Of course, collect the bugs from a place where you think it's least likely to get hit with pesticides from golf courses, neighbors with beautifully planted yards, etc.
