Freya looks so cute in her angel outfit. Yes I couldn't resist buying these costumes. They only had one X-small left in the angel outfit and I knew Freya would look absolutely adorable. Loki is now a Small but his attitude is more dark side than angelic lol. He is named after the Norse god Loki the trickster after all. Freya is very dainty and even eats her mice daintily, so she deserved to be an angel

This is a quote from the wikipedia.org article on "Freyja" (Spelling has several variations.) "goddess of love, beauty, and fertility. Blonde, blue-eyed, and beautiful, Freyja is described as the fairest of all goddesses... She was also called on to assist childbirths... Freyja was also associated with war, battle, death, magic, prophecy, and wealth." When we adopt our other Savs they will have the names of other norse mythology characters such as Thor (my favorite...if any of you have ever watched Stargate SG-1, you know what I'm talking about , Oden, Frigg, Hel, Sif, Nanna etc.

Theres a lot of kids on my street and I want to educate them about herps so they become more interested in reptiles.

Cute costumes!  Those are good ideas about bringing out your herps for halloween. But Twitchy would hate being dressed up, and even though we live right next to a school, we got all of 3 groups of trick or treaters last year. It would probably be a bust for me. Snakecharmer, tell us how many adults run away screaming from the snake! jk
All the animals running around the zoo of my home:
• One nutty, loud-mouthed anatolian shepherd mix of a dog named Irwin
• Two cats, Snickers and Barney, who do nothing but run around madly, meow 24/7 for attention, run headfirst into things and kidnap scrunches.
• My first, one, and only herp, Twitchy, a beardie, whom I dearly love.
