| Greg Graziani has assembled a potential breeding group of amelanistic American alligators as a farming venture for Florida. He had one on display at the herp show in Tampa, Florida this past weekend and allowed me to snap some pics on a black-clothed table top. This was one impressive specimen, and it seemed the perfect subject to test my new Nikon R1 'ring' flash system on. Here are the two best shots, from two different perspectives....

MeganRM (9/30/2008) That is so cool.I herd those kind of morph are rare in alligators and stuff. Is that true? Yes, that is true. If I'm correct there is only 15 or something like that of them in the world (that have been discovered anyway).

Well I may be incorrect so don't be glueing the stuff I said into your mental scrapbook...even though I'm pretty sure that I'm correct.
