i just came back from a 2 day vacation and i came back to check on all my herps and then i checked on my tree frog and his legs are a more redish color then before i left. any house hold remedys before i go to a vet i will post picks soon!

Is he refusing food? Do you notice swelling? Weakness? Lethargy? Does he look bloated?

i put some crickets in his cage and there is no sighn of them know without looking in and meesin the set up. no bloatingnot really weak or lethargic but he is more active at night

If he's not showing any symptoms, it probably isn't red leg. If he is still eating, not being lethargic, or any thing else, it's not red leg.

he might be a bit lethargic i put 6 crickets in and i just went to look and i saw one and now he is in his little cave sleeping but what could the red on his leg be

Maybe it's some sort of frog rash?Put on some latex gloves(Incase a human can catch it)and touch all over his legs.If he flinches or does any abnormal behavior on touching,it could be bad.Obviously,I know you had to touch him in the picture,but it was not a direct touch to he legs but to his feet.Increase and decrease pressure as well when touching.Touch lightly the first time,wait 30 mins,touch a little harder next time,wait 30 mins and continue raising pressure slightly until the 5th time.If he shows irritation beforehand,you may want him checked by a vet.
