We'll be posting a news article about where we are now with H.R. 669 later today, but we thought we would share with you some of that info now on the forum.

It will be several days at least until we know the status of this bill, whether it will go forward or not.

It was clear that committee member's heard from the public in great numbers on this bill. The response was overwhelming, so all of you out there did a tremendous job with your letter writing campaigns and phone calls.

For now, just stay tuned to this website and pijac.org for updates. There is no immediate need to continue writing letters or making phone calls. If you should feel the need, however, you can contact your representative and ask them their position on H.R. 669 and why they hold this position.
