12mi on the bike? my dad used to do 100+ and we cycle clip on cleets ya know

That's alot.I am trying to run three miles now within 8 minutes now.lol seems hard but I think I can do it.I ran it with in 9 minutes so try 8.lol..Then I well work to four miles and see how fast I can do it then..

My cat never does that to me.She sleeps way to much to even care to do that.lol

21mi on the bike okay thats better lol i can do 34mi under an hour and a half

Wow that's really good.I can't even do that.I can't stay balanced to long on a bike sence I am a nervius person all around so I swerve around to much and fall often..lol
